Es gibt viel zu verbessern Positive: Die Wohnung ist eigentlich ganz nett eingerichtet, aber die Erfahrungen drumherum waren miserabel. Negative: Wir hatten vier Übernachtungen gebucht. Das Einchecken vor Ort hatte trotz Bankfreigabe der Kaution von 300,- € nicht funktioniert. Ich musste mehrmals mit H. Thibault telefonieren (sprach kein Deutsch, dafür sehr schnell Französisch) und die Transaktion nochmal tätigen (also 600,-€). Das Ganze dauerte 1,5 Std. Als wir dann drin waren, mussten wir leider feststellen, dass die Küche noch schmutzig war sowie die Spülmaschine mit einem Warnhinweis versehen war (Vorsicht, Holzblende fällt ab). Das Bad hatte Schimmel und war nicht zu benutzen. Als besonders schlimm fand ich, dass H. Thibault trotz mehrerer Telefonate und Emails nicht in der Lage war, uns ein fehlendes Bettlaken zukommen zu lassen. Wackelige Steckdosen und Dreck am Abluftrohr gaben uns den Rest.

Positive: The location of the appartment is extraordinary Negative: The whole system when they block 300 euros on your card before giving you the code to pick up your keys to the apartment doesn’t work. I had to provide the details of my card twice, they send external links which makes the whole process weird, stressful, seems risky from the perspective of data protection and almost shady and suspicious. At the end I got the money back in my card after some time, but this whole thing is not worth the struggle. We got different appartment than presented at the pictures. The bed linen for 3rd person haven’t been prepared so we had to do it on our own.

Parfait Positive: Très bon séjour à Riquewihr. Appartement propre, spacieux et confortable, avec un parking gratuit juste devant la maison. Emplacement idéal, à moins de 2 minutes à pied du centre et pour visiter les villages voisins Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Joli appartement confortable et très bien situé pour parcourir la route des Vins d'Alsace Positive: Propreté et confort de l'appartement. Bel emplacement pour se balader en ville et visiter les villes environnantes. Parking gratuit sur place. Negative: Pas de climatisation
