Prestations pas à la hauteur au regard du tarif.
Positive: L emplacement. Très bien situé au cœur d Obernai.
Negative: Absence de parking contrairement à ce qui est mentionné dans l annonce.
Propreté en deçà de ce que l on peut attendre au regard du tarif: toiles d araignée, plantes mortes en abondance dans la maison et à l extérieur. Draps tâchés. Stockage de matériaux dans le porche d entrée.
Le lave vaisselle est clairement en fin de vie.
Beaucoup d exigence de la part du propriétaire : caution, respect du check-out, pas de chaussures du moquette…

Positive: A charming old house in a prime location, right in the heart of beautiful Obernai.
Good communication with the staff.
Negative: The 'free parking' mentioned in the title is actually public street parking in front of the house and isn't always guaranteed. And the space nearby is a bit too small for larger vehicles.
